Exhortation

emember! if a brother smote thee on the left cheek
Turn round and hand him the other
For if you can't 'turn good for evil
What's the good of bein' a brother
Sez when the angry passions rises within thee
Say "Satan-go get thee behind me!"
Then stop and count a hundred
Then go about your business.

Be careful, be cautious, always look before you leap
Be sure you do some prayin', before you goes to sleep
To fight is wrong, it's wrong to fight
And no two wrongs can't make a one right
So try and be right unto the end
