The Corridor

I step into the corridor – I'm not alone
Red light flashes – The sound drills to my brain
I see movement on the edge of my vision
Someone's running to me

I raise my hand against the shadows
I stop him knock him while the red glows

...Got to get out from the corridor

I take the clothes and keys – The shoes don't fit
I take the money but leave the cards
I've lost some time now I have to act fast
I run for my freedom

The doors open – I'm in the elevator
I press the button – And head to the first floor

The street welcomes me – The night's embrace holds me gently
I gaze into the horizon that skyscrapers incise
I take steps I smell the dioxide in the air
I hear a sound and turn around – Two points of light Releasing my memory
