Ulcerative heap of carnage

Cavities are opened, innards dislocated
Gastric fluid gurgles, as your entrails are masticated
Vile evisceration, discarded in a box
Liquefacted autopsy, I ladle the cadaverous slop

Peeling the perforated skin
Scour the malignant scabs
